About the role
As Head of Ecommerce, you will lead the development and delivery of our ecommerce strategy, ensuring our platforms provide a seamless, accessible, and customer‑centric experience. This newly created role is fundamental to our ability to drive digital growth, using data and insight to inform decisions and working across the organisation to align our ecommerce capability with wider commercial priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of the organization's ecommerce strategy.
- Ensure platforms deliver seamless, accessible, and customer‑centric experiences.
- Use data, analytics and insights to inform strategy, improve performance, and measure impact.
- Collaborate across commercial, marketing, and technology teams to integrate ecommerce with wider commercial priorities.
