Are you looking for a purpose-driven career in charity that blends fashion, retail and sustainability?  We are looking for an Assistant Shop Manager to join our team in Dalgety Bay, to elevate shop visual and product standards, to maximise income through commercial awareness and to raise awareness of CHAS. CHAS shops are a fast-paced, busy retail environment, you’ll lead and support a strong team of diverse volunteers and manage a large volume of donations to help keep our shops beautifully stocked.  Competitive salary with incremental progression Local government pension scheme 35 days annual leave inclusive of public holidays, rising to 40 days after 5yrs service (pro rata) HSF Health Cash Plan and Employee Assistance Programme Access to Blue Light discounts Key responsibilities, reporting to the Shop Manager you will Manage stock processes to ensure correct density levels, processing to agreed quality and rotation so that stock moves quickly Ensure the smooth operational running of the shop  Help to maintain a high standard of visual merchandising, display and housekeeping standards throughout the shop Be a brand ambassador for CHAS promoting and bringing to life the communication of key activities and messages to the customer Provide CHAS customers with excellent service and the best in-store experience to help maximise sales, donations and the profitability of the shop Proactive and creative, with a willingness to take initiative and lead wherever needed in the shop Part time: 22.5 hours per week (3 shifts per week).  This post is subject to a Disclosure Scotland Level 1 Disclosure check.
