Move Out Cleaners Needed Manchester

An expanding property services provider is seeking Professional Move-Out Cleaners for move-out cleaning assignments.

Successful applicants will help prepare rental properties for incoming tenants by carrying out high-standard deep cleans after tenant departures.

Duties include:

• Cleaning vacant flats and houses

• Deep cleaning kitchens, appliances, and internal areas

• Bathroom cleaning including limescale and mould treatment

• Dusting and cleaning windows, doors, flooring, and skirting boards

• Ensuring properties meet inspection-ready standards

Work Schedule

• Flexible part-time work, with jobs typically lasting 4–8 hours

• Work is primarily available Monday to Friday, with regular weekend opportunities

• Jobs are offered as they become available in your area

• Please note that this is a part-time role and does not guarantee full-time hours

Pay & Benefits

• £15 per hour

• £18 payment per job for the use of your own equipment and cleaning supplies

• Paid travel time where applicable

• Client parking costs covered (except where only street parking is available)

• At least 2 years of relevant cleaning experience

• Comfortable working alone when required

• Own transport and cleaning equipment essential

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to communicate clearly in English
