About the role
Novartis UK is seeking a Customer Excellence Head to drive omnichannel orchestration and content activation across CRM and marketing platforms. You will lead launch readiness and ensure high-impact customer journeys that improve engagement and business performance.
You will implement ICE, IpEx and DRO frameworks, oversee events and budgeting, and enable AI-driven field force planning while ensuring compliance and KPI tracking across activities.
