A Weston super Mare based recruitment agency is looking for a Telesales Advisor / Recruitment Consultant to work five days a week, 9:00-17:00 from the Weston office, the role can be become hybrid for the right candidate. The Telesales Advisor / Recruitment Consultant will be tasked with business development, contacting businesses, establishing if they use recruitment agencies and bringing on new accounts. Initially this will be a full time telesales position, progressing to a mixed telesales and recruitment consultant type position. The Telesales Advisor / Recruitment Consultant will need B2B telesales experience. Ideally the Telesales Advisor / Recruitment Consultant will have some recruitment experience. The Telesales Advisor / Recruitment Consultant will need to be degree educated or similar. The Telesales Advisor / Recruitment Consultant will need excellent communication skills This is an excellent opportunity for a hungry, ambitious, money motivated individual to break in to a lucrative career in recruitment. The Telesales Advisor / Recruitment Consultant role will be on a temporary to permanent basis. Paid hourly at £14-18ph, depending on experience plus commission, £40-50k OTE in first year.
