Outbound Customer Sales Advisor

£26,227.50 + uncapped commission (£40,000 OTE)

As a Customer Sales Advisor , youll be making outbound calls and turning conversations into sale with new customers and existing ones. WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
Making high-volume cold calls to generate leads and close sales
Re-contract existing customers , upgrading or renewing their packages and maximising value
Confidently handle objections and keep conversations moving
Hitting and exceeding daily and monthly targets
Clearly explain GoFibre products and packages in a simple, engaging way
Taking pride in selling with integrity and putting the customer first
Being a positive, energetic presence in our office-based sales team

Confident on the phone and comfortable with cold calling
Driven, target-focused, and motivated by commission
Resilient and able to handle rejection
A great communicator who builds rapport quickly
Organised with follow-ups and CRM updates
