Quality Improvement Partner – Travel Across Scotland

Affinity Trust is seeking a Quality Partner based in Aberdeen with travel across Scotland to support locations. The role involves leading quality assurance activities, coaching teams, and driving risk reduction and safe, person‑centred support.

The post requires flexibility to travel and work across divisional offices. You will coordinate improvement projects, translate insights into practical actions, and support safeguarding, investigations and learning across the organisation.
