SHEQ Manager (Construction / Renewables) £64,000 - £70,000 + Progression + Health & Wellbeing Programme + Training + Increased Holiday Allowance Birmingham Are you an experienced SHEQ professional with a background in construction, engineering or renewable energy, looking to join a rapidly growing business where you can take ownership of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality systems across major nationwide projects? You will be responsible for leading SHEQ activities across multiple divisions and operational sites, working closely with engineers, operational teams and senior leadership to maintain compliance, improve standards and develop a proactive safety culture. The company is a well-established and expanding renewable energy group specialising in complex roof-mounted and ground-mounted Solar PV systems across commercial, industrial, public sector and infrastructure projects nationwide. With continued investment and growth, they are committed to delivering high-quality renewable energy solutions while maintaining industry-leading safety and compliance standards. This role would suit an experienced SHEQ Manager or Senior SHEQ Advisor looking to influence company-wide systems, support operational delivery and play a key role in the future growth of a leading renewable energy business. The Role: Lead SHEQ across multiple renewable energy and Solar PV projects Develop and maintain SHEQ management systems and ISO standards Conduct audits, inspections and compliance reviews across offices and sites Review and update risk assessments, policies and procedures Investigate incidents and produce detailed reports and preventative actions Deliver toolbox talks, training and SHEQ briefings Work closely with senior leadership on compliance strategy and continuous improvementThe Person: NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent) Strong SHEQ experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure or renewable energy Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 systemsIf you are interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
