Compliance & Risk Officer £35,000–£38,000  We’re looking for a proactive and personable Compliance Officer to join a growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to develop their career within compliance. This is a genuinely varied role, covering regulatory reporting, risk, complaints, audits, policies and business projects. No two days will be the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in new projects as the business continues to grow. What you’ll be doing: Supporting regulatory reporting and compliance requirements. Completing and maintaining risk assessments and compliance documentation. Investigating compliance issues, incidents and client complaints. Reviewing and updating policies and procedures. Supporting audits and regulatory reviews. Researching regulatory requirements for new projects and potential international expansion. Working with colleagues and clients to resolve compliance queries. Managing a varied workload and responding to changing priorities. About you: Previous experience in compliance, regulation, risk or a similar role. Experience with regulatory reporting or FCA documentation would be beneficial. Good understanding of risk and compliance principles. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Confident communicator with strong customer service skills. Proactive, adaptable and happy to get stuck in. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with personality - approachable, confident and able to build great relationships while maintaining professionalism and discretion. INDC
