PMLD specialist support worker – Wakefield (Immediate Start)
Think Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker who has a background in PMLD and ideally is Team Teach trained.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in children's learning journies. The successful candidate will work closely with the student to build confidence, reinforce core skills, and provide tailored academic support within a SEN school setting.

Requirements:
* Experience working with PMLD students
* Team Teach trained
* Strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum
* Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
