Head of Service Centre (Field Service) Location: Leeds Contract: Full-Time, Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Service Centre (Field Service) to lead and transform the service operations of a growing, ambitious business operating within the industrial equipment and packaging machinery sector. Reporting directly to the COO, this is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for the performance, profitability and strategic development of the Service Division. The successful individual will lead a nationwide team of field service engineers and coordinators, driving operational excellence, recurring revenue growth and improved commercial performance. With an ambitious acquisition and growth strategy, the business is looking for a commercially focused leader who can build a scalable, high-performing service operation.
