Can you make learning accessible for pupils working at very different developmental levels?

I'm recruiting a SEND Teacher for a specialist secondary school in Aylesbury. The school supports young people with a wide range of complex needs, including autism, communication difficulties, mobility needs and personal care requirements.

You'll need to be flexible in your teaching, comfortable adapting the curriculum and able to recognise progress beyond academic results.

We're looking for someone who can:

Deliver purposeful lessons matched to individual learning needs.
Support communication, emotional regulation and independence.
Understand behaviour as communication and respond calmly.
Guide classroom support staff and work across different learner groups.

Applications are welcome from SEND, Primary, EYFS and Secondary teachers with relevant transferable experience.
