Hr Manager

Interim HR Manager - 6 months Bath Day rate: £400 - £450 per day We're delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced Interim HR Manager. This is a leadership role, providing the opportunity to take ownership of all HR activities for a busy site and become a trusted business partner to the senior leadership team. This position offers a broad generalist remit, combining strategic HR input with hands-on operational delivery. The Role Reporting to the Director of HR, you will lead all people-related activities across the site, including: * Acting as the primary HR Business Partner to the Leadership Team. * Managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to development and retention. * Leading all Employee Relations activity, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance issues. * Providing expert advice on UK employment law and HR best practice. * Supporting organisational change, consultations, restructures and employee engagement initiatives. * Managing recruitment campaigns, workforce planning and talent development. * Producing HR metrics and reporting to support business decisions. * Working closely with managers to develop capability, improve performance and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture. * Ensuring full compliance with employment legislation, GDPR and company policies.
