Valo Properties is a specialist Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractor delivering high-quality building services solutions across commercial, residential and industrial environments. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Operations team and lead the successful delivery of M&E projects from inception through to completion.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will take ownership of multiple Mechanical & Electrical projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
You will be coordinating engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams while maintaining programme control, commercial awareness and strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced M&E environment and enjoys delivering technically complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage M&E projects from handover through to completion.
Review project specifications, drawings, scope and technical requirements.
Develop and manage project programmes, ensuring milestones are achieved.
Coordinate electrical, mechanical and specialist subcontractor activities.
Lead project mobilisation and pre-start meetings.
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders.
Monitor project costs, variations and commercial performance.
Identify and manage project risks and implement solutions proactively.
Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with quality, health and safety requirements.
Maintain project documentation and manage successful project handovers.
Provide leadership and direction to site teams and project stakeholders.
About You
Essential
Proven Project Management experience within Mechanical & Electrical, Building Services or Construction sectors.
Strong understanding of M&E project delivery.
Experience managing multiple live projects simultaneously.
Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills.
Commercial awareness and budget management experience.
Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
Competent with Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable
Experience using Monday or similar project management software.
Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing or low-voltage installations.
SMSTS, IOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
Full UK Driving Licence.
