The role will still be hands on - you MUST have that 'get stuck in' mentality and be technically curious * Oversee safety, budget control, scheduling, and compliance. * Liaise closely with subcontractors for maintenance of plant / maintenance of equipment * Manage contractors, suppliers, and regulatory interactions (COMAH, REACH, waste regulations). * Navigate ambiguity and problem-solve on the ground when things don’t go exactly to plan.
