Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Advisor will play a key role in supporting strategic people initiatives within a friendly, results-oriented environment. About you Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR advisory role Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent Strong knowledge of employment law in NI Proven ability to support managers with employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, multi-site environment What you'll do Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers on employment law, policies, and procedures Support employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary, and grievances Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies Analyse KPIs and produce reports to support management decision-making Facilitate HR forums and participate in internal and external meetings Assist with TUPE processes and manage employee communication during organisational change Ensure compliance with legislation and promote best HR practices across the organisation For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
