Have you worked with CNC machines in a workshop environment?

My client, an industry leading aerospace engineering firm are currently seeking a CNC Machine Shop Operative to join their manufacturing team.

As a CNC Machine Shop Operative, you will work with a team producing precision-engineered components to exact specifications and strict quality standards using CNC turning, CNC Milling, manual turning, manual milling and drilling processes.

As a CNC Machine Shop Operative, you will:

* Operate and maintain CNC machines used in the production of components and products

* Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

* Use precision measuring instruments to ensure components meet required tolerances

* Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

* Follow health and safety procedures at all times

The successful CNC Machine Shop Operative will have:

* Experience of using CNC machines in a manufacturing environment

* Ability to use precision measuring instruments

* Excellent attention to detail

* Good communication skills

* Ability to work as part of a team

* Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Shift pattern

Monday - Thursday 6.00pm - 6.00am
training will be on day
