Fibreglasser / GRP finisher Manchester, Trafford Park  £33176  Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week. Shift/rota work, discussed at interview. Flexibility given and required. Your Role We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Fibreglasser / GRP finisher who is passionate about engaging with our company values and delivering quality work.  You will be required to wet lay fiberglass to the interior of vans of all sizes including Ford Transits and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, which will later be converted in to refrigerated vans. Your day-to-day duties include: preparing vans to be laminated using small grinders and sanding tools cutting sheets of fiberglass to size and mixing resin which is then wet laid to the interior plywood surface inside the vans This role will be a great fit for you if: You put health and safety and employee wellbeing first Fibreglasser experience  You have an excellent understanding of the manufacturing process    Research shows that some people are less likely to apply for a role unless they meet 100% of the criterion. If you are qualified for the role, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t feel like you meet all our requirements.
