Our client, a well-established Belfast commercial firm, is adding an Associate with 4+ years’ PQE to its Corporate & M&A team.
What the work looks like:

• Acquisitions, disposals, investments and wider corporate transactions, locally and cross-border
• Acting for domestic and international companies, banks, private equity houses and venture capital investors
• Corporate governance advice for clients at every stage of growth
• Multi-disciplinary deals alongside banking, real estate, employment, IP and competition colleagues.

You’ll bring:

• 4+ years’ PQE in corporate/M&A within private practice
• NI qualification, or E&W / ROI qualification with a view to practising in NI
• Confidence running transactions and managing client relationships
• Sharp drafting and sound commercial judgement.
