Site Manager – Freelance Bath £280-£320 per day June 2026 30 Weeks We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of a 30-week refurbishment project on a bus depot in Bath. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied scheme with build and EV elements. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Overseeing external works & EV installation packages Coordinate multiple subcontractors, suppliers and site teams Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations and company procedures Manage programme delivery and monitor progress against project timelines Maintain high quality standards and ensure compliance with specifications Work closely with the visiting Project Manager Conduct site meetings, toolbox talks and progress reporting Manage logistics, materials and site resources effectively Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme delivery Essential Qualifications SMSTS CSCS (Black or Gold Card) First Aid at Work Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/NVQ/Degree desirable) Please email your CV to (url removed), outlining previous experience and availability.
