Freelance Site Manager – Sutton Coldfield £290 per day | Holiday Cover | 7th August – 17th August We're currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a school refurbishment and re-roofing project in Sutton Coldfield. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager who can confidently take control of a live site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. The Role: Managing day-to-day site operations Overseeing refurbishment and roofing works Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme deadlines are met Maintaining high health & safety standards Liaising with the project team and client where required Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience on school refurbishment projects SMSTS CSCS First Aid at Work Enhanced DBS  What's on Offer: £290 per day Holiday cover from 7th August – 17th August Opportunity to work on a well-managed education refurbishment project Opportunity for more work with this construction business.
