Investment Management Lawyer (Hedge Funds & Credit Funds)

Further to an in-person meeting with our US firm client, we are instructed on a new role with their market-leading Investment Management team in London, which is looking for a 5-6 years’ PQE Lawyer to take a leading role advising some of the world’s most sophisticated hedge funds, credit funds and institutional investors.This is an exceptional opportunity to work within a high-growth, strategically important practice that is expanding rapidly in response to strong client demand. The team has deep market insight across all major investment strategies, with particular strength in hedge and credit fund structures and is actively shaping innovation in the credit fund space.You will advise top-tier global asset managers and institutional investors on a broad range of complex and high-value matters, including fund formation, fundraising, managed account structuring and UK regulatory issues.
