This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong industry experience who wants to build a rewarding career in training and assessment. Full support will be provided to achieve your assessor qualification if required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Trained to manage and support a caseload of learners across your region.
* Carry out workplace assessments and provide constructive feedback.
* Coach and motivate learners to achieve their qualifications on time.
* We will provide you with skills to develop individual learning plans and monitor learner progress.
* Build strong relationships with employers to support learner success.
* Maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance with awarding body requirements.
* Deliver an engaging learner experience while promoting equality, safeguarding and professional standards.

Essential Requirements:
* Minimum Level 3 NVQ/QCF Health & Social Care (Adults)
* Occupational experience within the relevant vocational sector.
* Passion for developing and supporting others.
* Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
* IT literate with good administrative skills.
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
* Willingness to work towards a recognised Assessor Qualification (CAVA/TAQA) if not already qualified.
* Knowledge of safeguarding and learner welfare.
Desirable
* Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA or equivalent).
* Experience assessing apprenticeships or work-based learning programmes.
* Knowledge of awarding body requirements and quality assurance.
* Essential Skills or Functional Skills delivery experience.
* Welsh language skills are an advantage.
