Electrical shift lead

Electrical Shift Lead Salary: £50,000 Permanent We’re recruiting for an experienced Electrical Shift Lead to join a busy Facilities Management contract. This is a great opportunity for an electrically biased engineer with strong technical knowledge who is comfortable taking responsibility for a shift and supporting other engineers. Responsibilities * Leading engineering activity across the shift * Planned and reactive electrical maintenance * Fault finding and repairs * Supporting and coordinating engineers * Ensuring PPMs and reactive tasks are completed * Maintaining health, safety and compliance standards * Liaising with management and client representatives * Supporting technical issues and escalations What we're looking for * Recognised electrical qualifications * 18th Edition preferred * Commercial building services/FM experience * Previous lead or supervisory experience advantageous * Strong technical and fault-finding ability * Confident communication and leadership skills Salary: £50,000
