This role also offers opportunities for progression. A key part of the role will be to manage and develop the talented people within your team, while working with the Tax Partners.

The role is a mixture of management responsibilities and advisory work on clients that vary in size.Day to Day:Be a key point of contact for clients regarding Tax matters.Provide Tax advice to OMBs, such as corporation tax planning, R&D claims, property acquisitions and disposals, group reorganisations, capital allowances, EMI option schemes and some international tax mattersProvide Tax advice to business owners, including income tax planning, advising on the acquisition and disposal of businesses and properties, inheritance tax/estate planningMaintain positive relationships with regulatory bodies such as HMRC while carrying out enquiries and investigations, including report writing, financial analysis and technical research,Supervise and review the compliance work on some of the firm's larger and more complex corporate clients.Skills:Ideally ACA/ CTA/ACCA Qualified or working towards.Experience engaging effectively with internal teams, clients, and regulatory authorities.Experience managing or working with junior members of the teamBenefits:25 days annual leave + bank holidays with option to buySummer working hoursFlexi timeGreat pension schemeApply by submitting a copy of your CV or by contacting Aleksandra Taranovskaja | are happy to provide application and/or accessibility support, please contact your Marks Sattin or Grafton consultant directly to discuss your needs.
