You will be liaising with a team of consultants, the local authority and internal contacts to drive through a successful planning application. You will be able to create opportunities to increase density where able and work pro-actively to produce an iconic development.You will join the Land, Planning and Investment team of this developer and you will have the highest level of expertise around you to support you in driving through a successful planning application in accordance with the bespoke design of the scheme.The company are renowned for their professionalism and have enjoyed significant success over the last 15 years building some of the most iconic schemes in the city.In return you can expect an excellent remuneration package, benefits and bonus and be able to be part of the legacy of the ever changing landscape of the City of London.
