Site Manager

Site Manager We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a reputable and growing contractor delivering projects across Manchester and the North West. This role will see you managing Extra Care and Residential Apartment developments with project values of up to £10 million, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Role: * Day to day management of site operations * Coordination of subcontractors and site teams. * Maintaining health, safety and quality standards. * Monitoring programme and project progress * Liaising with clients, consultants and stakeholders * Driving successful project delivery from start to completion Requirements: * Proven experience delivering residential and/or extra care projects * Strong leadership and organisational skills * Excellent understanding of construction processes and health & safety requirements * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications * Ability to manage multiple trades and stakeholders effectively This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering high-quality developments across the region
