About the role
Camino Search is partnering with a private‑equity backed manufacturing business to appoint a hands-on Chief Financial Officer. The CFO will lead the finance function, partner with the CEO and investors, and build the group finance infrastructure to support growth through organic expansion and bolt-on M&A.
Reporting to the CEO with a dotted line to the investor group, the role focuses on governance, risk, and shaping the function from the ground up in a lean, high-visibility environment.
