The role will be based in their London office.In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich and Amsterdam.Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager: Initiate, lead and develop the Digital Marketing strategy for Western markets, aligning with overall business goalsWork closely with internal stakeholders and the wider Marketing team to continually improve the performance of all digital marketing activityAdopt a test and learn mentality whilst testing new innovative ideas to drive performanceAnalyse performance, provide detailed reports and utilise insights to continually optimise campaignsTake full ownership of the Digital Marketing budget, ensuring spend is optimised and ROAS targets are being metKeep up to date with industry updates, regularly sharing opportunities and recommendations on new initiativesBuild strong relationships with partnersLine management and development of the Senior Digital Marketing ExecutiveRequirements of the Digital Marketing Manager:3+ years experience working in a Digital Marketing roleProven track record of achieving campaign KPIsA strong analytical mindset, with a proven ability to make data driven decisionsTech literacy, skills in ExcelExperience with reporting and analytics tools, such as Google AnalyticsProven experience of managing large media budgetsA proactive and collaborative approach to work, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamLine management experienceKnowledge of fashion retail is preferredAble to work as part of a small team in a rapidly changing businessIf you think to be the right person for this job opportunity, please send us your CV!At Luxe Talent we want to help you achieve your goals, that's why we offer you the most interesting job opportunities in the Fashion, Retail, Luxury and FMCG market.
