About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and personable Sales Development Representative to join a growing organisation operating within the education, training, and digital learning space. It is based in Leeds City Centre | Hybrid Working.
This is an excellent entry-level sales opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career within a fast-paced and supportive environment, with clear progression into a Business Development role over time.
The successful candidate will focus on generating and booking qualified meetings for the wider commercial team, engaging with education providers, training organisations, and employers to introduce digital learning and workforce development solutions.
Key Responsibilities
*
Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to prospective clients across education and training sectors
*
Generate and book qualified meetings for the Business Development team
*
Research target organisations and identify key decision-makers
*
Manage inbound enquiries and qualify opportunities
*
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity updates
*
Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams on campaigns and messaging
*
Build strong relationships with prospective clients and stakeholders
About You
*
Positive, proactive, and eager to build a career in sales
*
Strong written and verbal communication skills
*
Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport
*
Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*
Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and develop
*
Basic Microsoft Office skills; CRM exposure would be advantageous
*
An interest in education, training, technology, or skills development would be beneficial
