Front-of-House Leader: Elevate Service & Team Growth

Hawksmoor Edinburgh is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and deliver warm, confident hospitality daily. You will support the Restaurant Manager in running the floor, developing people and maintaining high standards, while being a visible, hands-on leader during service.

You will coach and develop the front-of-house staff, ensure an exceptional guest experience, and collaborate with kitchen, bar and reservations teams to keep service running smoothly.
