That includes conducting initial consultations, advising clients throughout their claim, drafting key legal documents, analysing medical records and expert evidence, negotiating outcomes, and ensuring files remain organised, compliant and progressing efficiently.Candidate RequirementsYou'll bring early post qualification experience in clinical negligence and the confidence to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to guide clients sensitively and constructively through what are often highly emotional situations.
