Lead design reviews and ensure actions are followed through
Drive value engineering without compromising quality
Manage consultant scopes, fees and performance
Ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act, CDM Regulations and industry standards
Build trusted relationships with clients and project stakeholders
This is a senior level role with genuine influence over project outcomes. You'll work on complex projects valued between £5 million and £50 million across healthcare, commercial, leisure, MOD and MOJ environments providing you with great career development within a large technical organisation
What you'll bring;
You will need proven experience leading MEP design on complex construction projects.
You should also have:
Strong pre-construction and technical risk experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Commercial awareness, including consultant fee management
