Health & Safety Advisor ·Role: Health & Safety Advisor / HSE Advisor ·Location: Cheshire ·Type: Freelance Contract ·Rate: £400/day Outside IR35 ·Sector: Highways Are you a hands-on Health & Safety Advisor with highways experience who actually enjoys being out on site and making a difference? A growing construction and infrastructure business is expanding its Health & Safety team due to a major increase in high-value projects across the North West, meaning they need experienced people who can hit the ground running. This is an opportunity for a practical, proactive H&S Advisor who enjoys inspections, engaging with site teams, reviewing risk assessments, and being visible on live projects rather than sitting behind a desk.   They are specifically looking for someone who: ·Has Highways or Civil Engineering experience ·Is comfortable carrying out site inspections and audits ·Can review and challenge RAMS and risk assessments ·Takes a practical approach to Health & Safety ·Builds strong relationships on site   What They're Looking For Essential: ·Experience in construction or highways Health & Safety ·Strong site presence and communication skills ·Ability to conduct inspections and support operational teams ·NEBOSH qualification Highly Desirable: ·NEBOSH General Certificate ·NEBOSH Construction Certificate ·Previous highways or major infrastructure project experience If you are an experienced Health & Safety Advisor, apply now
