General Manager - Premium Corporate Dining | Mayfair | £50,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to lead a stunning flagship corporate dining operation in the heart of Mayfair, supporting a global private investment and financial services organisation.

This is a highly visible role overseeing a premium workplace hospitality offer for approximately 200 employees, delivering complimentary breakfast and lunch services, regular working lunches, and occasional evening events. The site also boasts an impressive summer roof terrace overlooking Green Park.

Managing a team of 11, including a Head Chef, Sous Chef, Front of House, Barista, Reception and Kitchen teams, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards while developing a strong partnership with the client.

The client is looking for a genuine foodie with a passion for fresh, healthy and nutritious food. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will help shape exciting weekly menus and continually enhance the overall hospitality experience.
