Dev Team Lead

This Dev Team Lead position is with a B2C company who are the industry leader in their field. You'll be working with a team of 6 highly capable engineers on phase 2 of a greenfield project.If you had to split this role between mgmt. and dev, I would say you would be looking at around 75% mgmt. with 25% dev.The overall tech stack is React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Apollo, and AWS but don't feel like you need all of these in your locker to apply.Some key responsibilites are:Delivering strategic tech visionCollaborating with Product, Design, and other Dev teamsEnsure code is performant and scaleable Drive consistent standards throughout Dev teamsThe successful Dev Team Lead will be rewarded with up to 80,000 as well as remote working options.
