We are looking for reliable, motivated and professional Self-Employed Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to join our established and growing delivery operation based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.

Excellent Earning Opportunities

lCompetitive daily rates of £260£340 (excluding VAT).

l£312£408 per day including VAT, where applicable.

lPotential annual gross revenue of approximately £67,600£106,080, depending on the daily rate, number of working days and availability of work.

lAdditional fuel surcharge payments based on the applicable arrangements.

lPerformance-based monthly incentives of £100£500, subject to meeting the relevant criteria.

lPlanned and optimised delivery routes using automated technology.

lFlexible start arrangements where operationally possible, with routes generally starting around 6:00 AM.

No Manual Vehicle Loading Required

Our trained forklift operators handle vehicle loading at the depot, allowing you to focus on completing your deliveries safely and efficiently.

Drivers remain responsible for checking their loads and ensuring that goods are safely secured before departure.

As a Self-Employed Multi-Drop Delivery Driver, you will be expected to:

lDeliver products safely and efficiently to residential and commercial addresses.

lComplete approximately 2535 delivery stops per day, depending on the allocated route.

lUse a smartphone delivery application to manage deliveries, navigation and proof of delivery.

lFollow agreed delivery requirements and office instructions.

lMaintain accurate delivery records, including photographs and proof of delivery where required.

lHandle products carefully and professionally.

lProvide excellent customer service at every delivery location.

lFollow applicable health and safety requirements .

lCommunicate promptly with our transport team regarding delivery issues, delays or failed deliveries.

lMaintain your vehicle in a safe, roadworthy and legally compliant condition.

lHold a valid UK or EU driver's license.

lHave at least one year of experience in multi-drop delivery, courier or van delivery work.

lHave no more than 6 penalty points on their driving licence.

lHave the legal right to work in the UK and carry out self-employed delivery services.

lHave a reliable 3.5T LWB van with valid MOT (where required), vehicle tax and appropriate insurance.

lBe confident using smartphones, navigation systems and delivery applications.

lBe physically capable of safely handling bulky and heavy items, using appropriate equipment and assistance where required.

lBe reliable, punctual and customer-focused.

lBe able to accommodate reasonable variations in delivery duration and operational requirements.

lBe willing to complete appropriate verification and background checks.

lBe interested in building a long-term professional working relationship.

lFuel is not included.

Successful applicants will need to provide:

lValid driving licence.

lProof of address.

lNational Insurance number or relevant supporting documentation.

lEvidence of the right to work in the UK.

lVehicle registration details.

lValid MOT certificate, where applicable.

lProof of vehicle insurance, including suitable commercial delivery cover.

lAny additional documents reasonably required for contractor onboarding and compliance checks.
