Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality teaching to KS2 pupils, adapting lessons to meet a range of abilities and learning styles.
Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development through engaging and inclusive classroom practices.
Foster independence, resilience, and collaboration through interactive and stimulating learning experiences.
Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment that supports pupils’ well-being.
Promote health and well-being through activities that encourage physical, emotional, and social development.
Develop pupils’ literacy and numeracy skills through targeted support and effective teaching strategies.
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, using data to inform planning and interventions.
Candidate Profile
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 is preferred.
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
Passionate about teaching and committed to ongoing professional development.
Ability to create a positive, inclusive learning environment with strong behaviour management.
Holds (or is willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS check and professional references.
