Recruitment Coordinator – The Role: As more of our clients move from standard advertised roles into proactive, search-style recruitment, we're creating a new role to support that growth. You'll split your time between hands-on recruitment delivery and supporting our account management team, giving you exposure to both sides of how we win and deliver work. Recruitment Coordinator - What You'll Do On the recruitment delivery side, you'll: - Source, longlist and screen candidates for proactive recruitment assignments alongside our recruiter - Keep candidate pipelines and our ATS up to date throughout each assignment - Manage candidate outreach, scheduling and communication, so our recruiter can focus on qualifying and closing On the account support side, you'll: - Support our account manager with routine reporting and account administration - Spot opportunities during your delivery work that could grow into further proactive mandates with existing clients Recruitment Coordinator - What We're Looking For: - Comfortable picking up the phone and building rapport quickly with people - Clear, professional written and verbal communication, some of your work will be client-facing - A proactive streak: happy to flag an opportunity or a problem rather than wait to be asked - Comfortable managing more than one type of work at once, without losing attention to detail What's On Offer - Excellent bonus scheme - Christmas shutdown - Training support - Progression opportunities To submit your CV for this Recruitment Coordinator opportunity, please click ‘Apply’ now
