Precision Assembly Operative
Our client, a successful manufacturing business are currently seeking a Precision Assembly Operative to join their team.
This is a full-time permanent position, working in Norwich.
Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Overtime is also available
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Ability to work with precision and attention to detail over sustained periods
* This role requires a steady hand, patience, and a commitment to maintaining high standards across repetitive tasks.
* Experience with fine soldering or small component assembly
* Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
* Proven ability to deliver consistent, high-quality output
* A patient, focused and reliable approach to work
* Take pride in producing high-quality, detailed work and enjoy working in a focused, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform precision assembly work on small-scale components
* Carry out delicate soldering, including fine joints (e.g LED or similar electronic assemblies)
* Maintain consistent quality across repetitive production tasks
* Inspect and ensure all work meets required quality standards
* Follow detailed instructions and assembly processes accurately.
* You will be responsible for carrying out fine, intricate assembly tasks, working with small components where accuracy and consistency are essential.
