Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Interim) 📍 Location: Midlands or South West (occasional office visits) 📅 Duration: Initial 6-month contract 💰 Rate: £350-£400 per day ✅ IR35: Outside IR35 🏠 Working Pattern: Primarily Remote We're supporting a leading retail/e-commerce business looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to provide strategic leadership across its digital acquisition channels. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys developing strategy, managing agency relationships and helping channel specialists deliver their best work. Rather than being hands-on in the platforms, you'll focus on driving performance, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring marketing investment delivers maximum return. What you'll be doing: Owning and evolving the digital marketing strategy across key acquisition channels. Managing and challenging agency partners to maximise performance and ROI. Providing guidance and support to internal specialists executing campaign activity. Driving collaboration across paid and organic channels (PPC, Social, etc.) to deliver integrated campaigns. Reviewing channel performance, identifying opportunities and implementing improvements. Assessing the affiliate marketing programme. Key channel focus: PPC Paid Social Organic Social Organic Content / SEO Affiliate Marketing What we're looking for: Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role. Strong agency management and stakeholder engagement skills. Deep understanding of digital acquisition and performance marketing. Experience developing multi-channel digital strategies. Commercially minded, analytical and confident influencing senior stakeholders.
