This is a permanent, full-time role working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, on a salary of £35,000. You'll be at the heart of creating a thriving community, working alongside the General Manager to deliver exceptional service and build meaningful relationships with residents from day one.

Lead resident engagement and community building across a 279-unit development, from events and initiatives to day-to-day support
£35,000 per annum, full-time permanent position based on-site in Perivale
First point of contact for residents and visitors, combining customer service excellence with property management expertise Preferred Requirements
Strong background in customer service with a genuine commitment to delivering first-class experiences
Proven property management experience, including viewings, lettings administration, and tenant liaison
Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident communicator with strong written and spoken English, comfortable engaging with residents, visitors, and contractors
IT literate and comfortable with social media, marketing portals, and digital resident communication channels Preferred Qualifications
Experience in residential property management or lettings administration
Familiarity with tenant vetting procedures and compliance requirements
