Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Construction London Up to £450 per day shift 18 to 24 months fixed term contract

Our client is an independently owned and operated contracting organisation
who have the assurance of a full order book, they are now looking to take advantage of this, by recruiting an intermediate level quantity surveyor to work on a series of new build hotel projects throughout London.
It is likely you will be degree qualified (BSc. Quantity Surveying or Construction Management) and have five years post graduate experience. Candidates with less or more experience will be considered. Previous hotels experience would be advantageous, working for a main contractor.
You will report to the group to a Commercial Manager and be at the forefront of commercial operations on site. These are live project and the role is office based near to site/s. xwzovoh Project values range typically from £50 million to £150 million in value.
