Infinity Recruitment is proud to be supporting our Peterborough-based client, an established and growing business, in their search for a talented Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, commercially focused and hands-on marketing professional who enjoys combining strategy with delivery. You’ll take ownership of marketing activity, drive campaigns, support business growth and lead a small team. This is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:15pm. As Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and delivering marketing activity across digital and traditional channels. This varied position offers the opportunity to influence strategy, create engaging campaigns and make a real impact within a growing business. Key Responsibilities * Develop and deliver marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels * Create engaging content for social media, newsletters and PR activity * Manage PPC, lead generation and campaign performance * Analyse results and identify opportunities for improvement * Conduct competitor and market research * Lead and support a small marketing team You will have: * Experience across both digital and traditional marketing * Strong copywriting, content and social media skills * Hands-on PPC and campaign management experience * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Experience supporting or leading a team * Experience working across B2B and B2C environments * Previous experience within an FCA-regulated environment is essential What’s On Offer * Competitive salary up to £45,000, depending on experience * Contributory Pension * 31 days holiday, increasing with service to 38 days including Bank Holidays * On-site parking * Employee reward schemes * Cash benefits linked to life cover Ongoing learning and development opportunities Ready to Take the Next Step?
