Quantity Surveyor

A Birmingham-based, Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join its growing, close-knit team.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a collaborative team on a mixture of refurbishment, new-build, and fit-out refresh projects across the retail and commercial sectors.

The Directors are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who is confident in client-facing situations, comfortable working on fast-paced projects, and capable of helping to deliver schemes valued between £50k and £3m.

The Quantity Surveyor

• 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Fit-Out project experience
• Enjoy working on fast paced projects
• Strong communication skills
• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
• Able to commute to Essex / East London
• Good pre and post contract knowledge
