This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced AI & Data professional with apprenticeship delivery experience to combine training, coaching, mentoring and quality assurance responsibilities, helping learners develop the skills needed to excel in today's data-driven workplace while ensuring consistently high standards of assessment and programme delivery. The Role As an AI & Data Apprenticeship Trainer / Coach & IQA, you will deliver engaging workshops and technical training sessions while managing a caseload of apprentices throughout their learning journey. You will support learners through: Data Analyst, Data Technician and AI-related apprenticeship programmes Progress reviews and action planning Portfolio development and evidence gathering Workplace application of learning Gateway and End Point Assessment preparation Ongoing coaching, mentoring and learner support Alongside delivery responsibilities, you will undertake Internal Quality Assurance activities including: Sampling learner work, assessment decisions and portfolio evidence Supporting and developing trainers and assessors through standardisation activities Monitoring quality, compliance and consistency across apprenticeship delivery Providing constructive feedback and action planning to assessment teams Supporting preparation for Ofsted inspections and external quality assurance visits Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes Ensuring programmes remain compliant with apprenticeship standards and funding requirements  You will also contribute to curriculum development and ensure programmes remain aligned with employer needs, industry developments and emerging AI technologies. About You Essential Experience delivering and coaching learners within apprenticeship programmes Advanced knowledge of Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Automation and Digital Technologies Experience managing learner caseloads and conducting progress reviews Experience undertaking Internal Quality Assurance activities within apprenticeship provision Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards, funding rules and EPA processes Experience using tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python or similar technologies Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills Experience delivering Data Analyst, Data Technician or AI-related apprenticeship standards Knowledge of Ofsted requirements and quality assurance frameworks Ability to conduct standardisation activities and support assessor development Desirable Experience leading quality improvement initiatives within an apprenticeship environment Experience supporting preparation for Ofsted inspections and external audits Knowledge of emerging AI technologies, machine learning and automation practices Qualifications Essential IQA Qualification such as TAQA Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance, V1, D34 or equivalent Recognised Teaching, Training or Assessing qualification (AET, PTLLS, Cert Ed, PGCE, CAVA, TAQA or A1) Degree-level qualification (or above) in Data Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Machine Learning or a related discipline Interested?
