Working alongside experienced fitters, you will help ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of workmanship. Key Responsibilities Assist lead fitters with the installation of timber windows, doors, and associated products. Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from site. Prepare work areas and help protect customer properties during installation works. Support the removal and disposal of existing windows and doors. Handle and position timber frames, glazing units, and other materials safely. Carry out basic sealing, finishing, and site-cleaning tasks. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order. Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies. Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with customers. Requirements: Good practical skills and a willingness to learn. Physically fit and capable of manual handling. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Full UK driving licence Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions. Desirable: Some experience in construction, carpentry, glazing, or a similar trade or training environment. Personal Attributes Attention to detail. Strong communication skills.
