Telephone Receptionist Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:30pm Must drive due to location MK46 Immediate Start Available Our client is currently seeking an experienced Telephone Receptionist to join their busy office team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and highly organised individual with previous reception or switchboard experience who is confident managing a high volume of incoming calls in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role as the first point of contact for callers, ensuring calls are handled efficiently, professionally, and directed promptly to the appropriate department. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner Transfer calls quickly and accurately across the business Take and relay messages where required Maintain an organised and efficient approach during busy periods Provide a professional first impression to clients and customers Candidate Requirements Previous reception, switchboard, or telephone-based customer service experience Excellent communication and telephone manner Confident working within a fast-paced office environment Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times Ability to reliably commute to the office location The Ideal Candidate: Our client is looking for someone confident, efficient, and professional, with the ability to manage calls in a clear and concise manner while maintaining high service standards.
