Kitchen Assistant At A Care Home

The salary advertised is full time (35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year). Part-time hours / sessional posts will be pro-rated accordingly.
Hourly rate of pay: £13.52 - £13.66
Working times are 07:30-14:00 or 11:30-18:00 on a 4 week rota basis.
Week 1 - Monday - Wednesday
Week 2 - Monday, Saturday, & Sunday

It is essential that all applicants hold an Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2). This can be obtained on-line and is available from many on-line training providers.
To assist in the provision of a quality meal and function service in Residential Care Units within East Lothian Council in accordance with relevant legislative requirements including health and safety, food hygiene, Hazard analysis within the food industry.
