- Healthcare CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting anElectrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading healthcare campus in Edmonton, North London.

This site is a modern, state-of-the-art facility with multiple specialist areas and cutting-edge equipment.

You will be part of a skilled team of engineers who will help you get up to speed quickly.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment, maintain complex electrical systems, and gain experience across a variety of high-tech facilities Key duties & responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hospital electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, emergency power, and control systems.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical panels,switch gear, transformers, and circuit breakers.

Reporting to your line manager with any issues.

Escorting sub-contractors around the site Maintain and test emergency power systems, including generators, UPS units, and automatic transfer switches (ATS).

Respond promptly to electrical faults that impact critical areas such as operating rooms,ICU, and labs.

Reactive works on air handling units, fan coil units.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, outages, and repairs.

Ensure all electrical installations comply with hospital policies, national electrical codes, andhealth carefacility regulations.

Hours of work Monday
- Friday 08:00
- 17:00 Package: Up to £45,000 25 days holiday + Bank holidays Loads of overtime Optional call out Further training Career Progression Requirements: Level 3 Electrical Installations City and Guilds 18th Edition Previous experience in a hospital, medical facility, or critical-care environment preferred. xwzovoh

HV or LV knowledge (not essential) General Knowledge of electrical systems.
